Acceptable Use Policy
This policy explains how SUFI PRIME may be used and the activities that are not permitted on the platform.

Accurate Product Information
Brands are responsible for providing accurate product names, prices, descriptions, images, links, availability, sizing information, and claims.
No Fraud or Deception
You must not use SUFI PRIME for fraud, impersonation, deceptive practices, fake offers, misleading claims, or unauthorised transactions.
No Harmful or Illegal Content
You must not upload or promote illegal goods, malware, stolen content, harassment, hateful material, abusive content, or anything that violates applicable law.
No Security Abuse
You must not attempt to bypass authentication, access another brand's workspace, probe the platform, scrape without permission, reverse engineer protected systems, or interfere with platform reliability.
No Misuse of Customer Data
Customer conversations and personal information must only be used for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Responsible AI Use
Brands must not use the AI Stylist to generate unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or misleading customer guidance.
Payment and Paddle Requirements
When Paddle checkout is used, products and business activity must also comply with Paddle's acceptable-use and restricted-business requirements.
Enforcement
SUFI PRIME may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, or third parties.

Suspected misuse, fraud, security concerns, or policy violations should be reported to support@sufiprime.com.
