Create your SUFI PRIME account, confirm your email, and enter your brand identity so your workspace is created correctly from the start.

Enter the brand name exactly as customers know it.
Add the correct website URL.
Choose the AI Stylist name customers should see.
Write a short welcome message that matches your brand voice.

Choose the plan that matches your catalogue size, team needs, analytics depth, and widget customization requirements.

Starter supports up to 1,200 products and one team member.
Growth supports up to 5,000 products, advanced analytics, reports, and more team members.
Pro adds unlimited products, more stores, more team members, and custom widget branding.
Your public AI Stylist is available only while your subscription has active entitlement.

Your AI Stylist recommends from your active catalogue, so accurate product data directly affects recommendation quality.

Add products manually, import a CSV, or connect a supported store workflow.
Use clear product names and accurate categories, colours, prices, and links.
Keep unavailable products inactive instead of deleting useful catalogue history.
Review imported items before sending shoppers to the Stylist.

Configure your AI Stylist

Set the customer-facing identity of your Stylist before installing it on your store.

Confirm the Stylist name and welcome message.
Check the brand website URL and public-facing details.
Preview the Stylist and try realistic shopper questions.
If your plan includes branding controls, set the approved logo and widget appearance.

Ask for products by occasion, budget, colour, fabric, and category.
Test comparisons, alternatives, outfit requests, and product pairing.
Open recommended product links and confirm they reach the correct store pages.
Fix catalogue data first if a recommendation exposes incorrect product information.

Install the website widget

Use the generated installation code to place the AI Stylist on your customer-facing website.

Copy the installation code from the Widget section.
Add it to your storefront or give it to the person who manages your website.
Open the live store in a new browser session and confirm the widget loads correctly.
Test both desktop and mobile before announcing the experience to customers.

Invite your team safely

Invite staff only after the owner workspace is configured, then assign the correct role for each person.

Owners control billing, team access, and protected brand settings.
Managers can handle operational areas allowed by their role.
Staff receive limited access appropriate for everyday workspace use.
Each invited user must accept their secure invitation before access becomes active.

Watch customer intelligence

Once shoppers begin using the Stylist, use the dashboard to understand what they are asking for and where demand is forming.

Review conversations and recurring shopper requests.
Track budgets, categories, colours, occasions, and product interest.
Use analytics to improve merchandising and catalogue quality.
Use reports when available on your plan to share trends with your team.
